Last week you set one goal for yourself to limit your use of screens. How did it go? You set another goal to limit your child’s screen time this week using one of the three parenting practices – roles modeling, setting expectations, creating a supportive environment and your screen time plan. How did that go? How have you been trying to incorporate some of the communication strategies we learned last time? How has that been going?
If you didn’t meet your goals try again next week. You might want to sit down with your child and make a plan about how to begin reducing screen time and how you can support each other.
