6.1: Let’s Practice at Home

Spending too much time in front of a screen often means that we are not spending enough time doing physical activity. If instead of looking at screens we use that time to do physical activity, it will be much easier to reach caloric balance every day.

 

Try this activity this week:

 

Make a plan with your teen to spend 15-30 minutes doing something active together without using a screen (or cell phone) during that time. Go ahead with your plan.
